Here are Ten tips how to Start Overcoming Depression

Make yourself a CHART about what aims you would like to achieve.

Depression is very easy to stay in,                                Change is very hard,        Oncce YOU have done

 and I know how hard 

 it is to get out of


                                                        BUT FULL OF ADVENTURE AND

                                                                                   FUN

1) Find out the cause of why you are depressed 


2) Remember all the good things you have done ,  


3) Make yourself smile


4) Watch a good laughing film


5) Think very hard of Good thoughts.


6) Think about how much you have a achieved, and more good goals


7) look at your chart of what you want to achieve and more


8) Execrise, go for a walk, go in your garden (if you have one )


9) Give yourself lots of hugs


10) Do relaxing things ( like cooking)


(And remember being depressed stops us going forward and stops you enjoying life. Don't let it control YOU)


And remember, these ideas that I wrote down, is what I do when I am feeling low. So if there is something I haven't written down , that you love dong, to help yourself, go for it.


Always have a note pad to write down everything,
