.1) Find out the cause of why you are depressed
When you are depressed, it is very to come out of depression, and find the cause of it. But if you ask yourself "why I am depressed" and try and point why, you can find out and yes whilst you are depressed you might feel very depressed.
2) Remember all the good things you have done ,
I suggest that you have a wall chart, or book with all you achievement and look at that and see what good things you are doing and go brilliant Put smiles all around your house or somewhere ypou always look.
3) Make yourself smile
Making yourself smile is very hard when you are depressed but necessary.smiling will make the depression lift.
4) What a good laughing film
When you have a very good laugh, Laughter should help you to feel tons better and the endrophinsworking and that will help you to feel better.
5) Think very hard of Good thoughts.
thinking very positively, will fight off the bad never thoughts and there will be no room for any bad thoughts only good thoughts.
7) look at your chart of what you want to achieve and more and see how far you have come
Tick the things that you have achieved and smile, be happy about YOUR goals.
8) Exercise, go for a walk, go in your garden (if you have one )
Exercising gets the endrophins working and that shoud help you to feel grea inside and out.
9) Give yourself lots of hugs
10) Do relaxing things ( like cooking)
(And remember depressed stops us going forward ) Don't let it control YOU
