Im a suvivor of abuse and until recently I became dyagonised wiyh Austim. And my anxious is very bad. I rewent back to vaping and lookimg at the walldrop or curtains and i had to traim myself to think of nothing.
Yes when i had migraines i tried to listen to bird songs think positive cry anythimh to stop my nose mouth pain. But i really found vaping helped me relax ans think of nothing.
